Fervently I once prayed
Spare thee from death and ominous trials
Spare my angel from pain and malevolence
That you shall know happiness that I shall only forever dream

Once I burned the brightest amongst the Heavens
None shall look upon my light
So bright, so blindingly radiant
For fear of unknown and heavenly blithe
None shall look upon my soul
But there is always one - such an unfortunate one

Those stoic eyes and unmoving heart gazed
Deathly touch and coldest words were thy charm
You fell into my heart and echoed so
I rejected your existence and banished it all
There is no need and desire that shall ever satisfy me
The evil that was called love which damned my soul

Cold surrounded me and thee bested it all
I abhorred your existence day and night
Why does he punish me so?
He had exiled me long ago
A punishment which I rebelled against
And yet he sends you and your traitorous body against mine
Oh how I hate you so

I hate you fervently
I love you so
Might your death be swift
Your body cold
Your soul damned
